1 cup brown sugar
2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup canola oil (or vegetable oil)
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 tbs salt
1 tbs cinnamon powder
1/4 cup ground almond
1 tbs vanilla
You have to:
Pre heat your oven about 350 degrees celcius.
1. Riped banana and smashed it. Mixed well with brown sugar, oil, and egg. Pour flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon powder, lower down your mixer speed, and mixed all until smooth. Mixed ground almond and vanilla until it all combined.
2. Put a little butter to your muffin pan. Fill muffin liner three quarter full, and baked it for about 25 minutes. Test it with toothpick, if it comes out clean then your muffins are ready.
Put it on cool wire, enjoy it with unsalted butter!
